In late Feb. sexologist Ray Blanchard made a guest appearance on a YouTube show hosted by Edward Dutton, a white supremacist anthropologist who also goes by the moniker “The Jolly Heretic.” Blanchard promoted discredited theories about transgender people — particularly trans women — and implied that it is acceptable to ask transgender people about their genitalia.

Today far-right activist Angelo John Gage was finally banned from Twitter. Gage is an Iraq War veteran and long-time participant in the white nationalist scene. As noted by the SPLC, in 2012 Gage wrote on Stormfront, a white supremacist forum, that he had just learned of “the real Jewish question and the whole ww2 and hitler truth [sic].”

On Dec. 16, 2020, Paul Gottfried, the far-right figure responsible for coining the phrase “alternative right,” denounced women’s suffrage and the civil rights movement during a YouTube livestream. According to Gottfried, women in the early 1900s “had enough rights,” and the struggle for civil rights for Black Americans irreparably damaged the country.

On a recent episode of The Political Cesspool — a radio show hosted by white nationalists James Edwards and Keith Alexander — hate preacher Nathanael Kapner went on an antisemitic tirade in response to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death. Kapner repeatedly referred to the late Justice as a “bitch” and claimed she promoted “infanticide” and “sexual perversion.”

Ever since Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion released their hit song “WAP,” right-wingers have been freaking out. The song, in which two Black artists scandalously rap about how much they enjoy sex, prompted Republican congressional candidate James P. Bradley to tweet that he “accidentally” listened to the song, which made him “want to pour holy water in my ears.”

Yesterday a gunman, who may have posed as a delivery man, shot and killed the son of U.S. District Court Judge Esther Salas and wounded her husband. According to the Daily Beast, the gunman — who died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound — was identified as 72-year-old attorney and men’s rights activist Roy Den Hollander.
