Anna Perez: ‘If Europeans Had Not Conquered America, We’d Still Be Living In Tepees’

On the Jan. 3, 2024 episode of her Rumble show, Wrongthink Primetime, racist conspiracy theorist Anna Perez doubled down on white nationalist rhetoric. Perez claimed that white people may be placed in “labor camps” once they become a minority. She also defended the European conquest of North America, declaring that if not for that “we’d still be living in tepees.”

Perez began the episode with a clip of white supremacist and Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes, who spoke about the necessity of “white solidarity.” In the clip Fuentes declared that white people may one day be living in a “Jewish, Black Negro country,” where he’d rather be “killed” as a “white supremacist” than celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day “forever.”

Perez wholeheartedly agreed with Fuentes’ remarks, and went on to complain about terms like “racism” and “white supremacy.”

“Racism is actually a very effective tool that the Left has capitalized off of. They manipulate you into essentially making you believe that as a white person you are not allowed to act in your self interest,” she said. Perez connected this to recent decisions to remove Donald Trump from the primary ballot in Colorado and Maine under the Fourteenth Amendment.

Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits people from taking office who took an oath to uphold the Constitution and then engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States. It was used to prevent former Confederates from holding office after the Civil War.

Perez angrily asked why white people would vote for “something that’s against [their] own interests” and candidates who “think brown and Black people should be put above” them. She also predicted that when white people become a minority in the U.S. they will be persecuted by the government and placed into labor camps.

“There’s gonna come a point in time if they get their way — and they continue to get their way so we have no reason to believe they won’t — where white people will actually be the minority. Like a very obvious minority,” she warned.

“And when that day comes, they’re going to have the power to imprison you, to put you in labor camps, to do whatever they want. And I’m not being hyperbolic. I’m saying at the rate we’re going, they hate white people so much that that does seem to be the direction that they’re headed in. And so you have to be aware that they are really banking on this idea that whites will no longer be the majority.”

During one segment of the show, Perez began reading comments from viewers participating in Rumble’s live chat feature. One of those viewers wrote, “Wanting to stop them from erasing your race you were born into from existence, history, and the face of the planet is not supremacy” — a nod to the “white genocide” or “Great Replacement” conspiracy theory.

Perez said the comment was “exactly true,” and added that, “There’s nothing wrong with wanting to fight for the existence of your race as a white person, because they’re absolutely trying to replace you and they’re not shy about that. … That’s why they don’t care about you. That’s why they’re trying to lower — they’re, in advance, they’re proactively trying to lower your control on politics.”

Perez then played a short clip of then-San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro on Face the Nation, in which he predicted that demographic changes — including “population growth” and migration from other states — would turn Texas blue (i.e., solidly Democratic). She incorrectly said this proved that “white replacement” is real.

After saying that there is a plot to “make whites the minority in this country,” she declared that the European conquest of North America was beneficial because, otherwise, “we’d still be living in tepees.”

“And let’s be completely clear about something,” she said. “If Europeans had not conquered America, we’d still be living in tepees, most likely. Let that sink in. So if you’re gonna make an argument that life would’ve been better without white people here, without white Europeans taking over, do you really think we would’ve had all of the industrial revolutions that we’ve had?”

Perez added that “Natives had been there for hundreds of years and it didn’t look like they were making much progress,” whereas in Europe there were “beautiful castles and buildings.” Perez denied being “racist,” however, claiming she was simply being “honest” and that it would be “slander” to say that she “hate[s] any race.”
